Mackenzie Kelly, candidate for Austin City Council District 6, will appear in the General Election Runoff on Tuesday Dec. 15 (with early voting beginning Dec. 3).
When combined together, all three candidates running to replace incumbent candidate Jimmy Flannigan were enough in the Nov. 3, 2020, election to win without a runoff.
Kelly led the trio of candidates opposing Flannigan with 11,775 votes.
